1. CALL TO ORDER

Board President, Kathleen Stevens called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM with the following members present: Renard Chatman, LaJean Corbett, Jackie Young, Bobby Sheppard, Jill Britt, Kathleen Stevens, Jimmy Wilkinson, ex-officio and guest, James Lee. Member absent: Marjorie Vogt

2. Presentation of 2020 Budget – (See Attachment)

Library Director, Amanda Taylor presented the 2020 Budget.

3. Public Comment

No comments.

4. Adoption of the 2020 Budget

Renard Chatman made the motion to accept the 2020 Budget as presented. Jackie Young seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5. Next Board Meeting
   1. Official Board Meeting was moved to Tuesday, November 19th at 2:00 p.m. at the Ferriday Library
6. Adjourn

President Kathleen Stevens adjourned the meeting.
